You start with 7 cards (action/troop) and form legions to explore the vast plains and fight other legions! you may choose to go to the shop and grab troop cards for battle points, a currency you get by using farmers/ finding them on the board. You may also choose to draw a card and it may be a troop or action card! (Ai may make up action cards/troops). Details aside, your goal is to kill the enemy king and queen cats without losing your royalty! Battles are in a turn-based RPG style of combat.
