Gary Prince works as a barista and pastry chef in Butterscotch Butler's bakery, though he plans to start his own pastry shop. He is eighteen years old. His skin is peach-colored and his pink hair isn't as bright. He first appears in a pale yellow turtleneck, a teal apron, white dress pants, magenta socks, and brown dress shoes. Fionna helps him dye his hair pink, it is naturally brown. His boyfriend is Marshall Lee.

Marshall Lee is a young adult African-American human around 5’11” with dreadlocks, and dark brown skin. There is a beauty mark on his neck. Feli is quite short compared to many of the other characters, standing at around Lidelle's height. Her hair is long and violet, styled into a straight "hime cut" and has light blue eyes. Her attire is similar to gothic lolita, a fashion subculture that derives from Victorian-style dress. Feli has a rather off-putting personality as she quickly antagonizes and threatens people that aren't Lemres. She has great respect and deep affection for her upperclassman.

Dendy is a major character in the OK K.O.! series. She is a young hero and works primarily with gadgets and technology. Her first introduction in the series was in the minisode "Dendy" and her first episode appearance is in "I Am Dendy".

Maguro is a teen who's most distinctive feature is his purple hair that covers his eyes. His eyes are never shown, which in Puyo Puyo!! 20th Anniversary is suggested to be a fail-safe measure so he doesn't accidentally infatuate everyone, due to apparently being very beautiful. He also carries around a Puyo-themed kendama. He's rather strange and sarcastic, often talking in a smooth talking manner and generally being level headed. Though normally calm, he will start panicking if things go wrong.

Rumia (ルーミア) is a youkai with the ability of manipulating the darkness. She is one of the few youkai that doesn't seem to belong to any particular species. Rumia first appeared as the Stage 1 Boss of Embodiment of Scarlet Devil, and later as a Level 1 target in Shoot the Bullet. She also made an appearance as a background character in Hopeless Masquerade. Usually has her arms spread out.

Nitori Kawashiro (河城 にとり Kawashiro Nitori) is a somewhat shy Kappa who lives in Genbu Ravine on Youkai Mountain. She has the power to control water, and along with the other kappa she is very good with engineering and technology.

While Princess Bubblegum is typically kind, good-hearted and well-mannered, she can be very temperamental and has shown a malicious aspect of her personality whenever she is crossed.

Professor Venomous is a supervillain who serves as a major antagonist of OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes. He made his debut in the episode "We're Captured". He is presented as one of Lord Boxman's clients. He has an organic minion by the name of Fink. In "Big Reveal", it's explained that he was formerly known as the P.O.I.N.T. member Laserblast. He is also revealed to be K.O.'s biological father. In "Let's Get Shadowy", it's revealed that he is also the other side of Shadowy Figure.

Ess wears a white broad-shouldered dress, with gray sleeves and a gray border. Her outfit also has orange buttons and she wears white boots. Her color scheme is based on the current assigned color for the S tetrimino, which is green. This color applies to her orange headband as well as her parasol. Ess appears cute and innocent at first glance. However, she is quite bratty and rude to others, having a rather harsh tongue and pushing others away.

The two share a common interest in pulling off pranks and generally causing mischief.
