A hopeless romantic 

Ram Singh was a sixth form student at Coal Hill Academy. He was a star football player for the school, and was in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend Rachel Chapman before she was killed and he lost a leg, which was replaced by an alien prosthetic. He's now dating April Maclean and part of a small group (Coal Hill defenders) that secretly fight aliens.

April MacLean is a 17 year old student at Coal Hill Academy in 2016. After she fired a displacement gun, given to her by Miss Quill, at Corakinus and Charlie pushed her out of the way, she and Corakinus began sharing April's heart, allowing her brief glimpses into his thoughts. She's currently dating Ram Singh and they both study Physics in Miss Quill's year 12 class.

Detective Natalie Hobbs spends a lot of her time working within the confines of a police interrogation room (and its viewing quarters) where a specialised interrogative unit of the Metropolitan Police engage in intense games of psychological cat-and-mouse with their suspects to find the answers that they need to close the case. Natalie is a Detective Chief Inspector, the head of the special interrogative unit.

A student at Coal Hill Academy in 2016. he's gay and as a result, experiences conflict with his deeply religious Polish parents, although he was close to his grandmother, who called him "Matti". He now lives with his boyfriend Charlie and teacher Miss Quill, but she doesn't really like anybody so they don't talk that often.

The only  reason he puts up with Quill is because she has a creature in her skull  (an arn) that forces her to protect him 

A companion of the Seventh Doctor. Her real name was either Dorothy Gale or Dorothy Gale McShane. Initially a brash and reckless teenager, Ace matured significantly into a strong, independent adult over her many years of TARDIS travel and other experiences, She even fought in the time war after leaving her travels with the Doctor (And beat up a Dalek with a baseball bat some time before that)

well, a bit of an introvert who's dedicated to her work and fascinated by technology weather that's deconstructing things to change its use or just helping the team turn their computer off and on again because it's not working.

investigates aliens at UNIT, Could be a Zygon or not, she doesn't really know. Has brown hair, mostly done in a ponytail, her style of clothing is inspired by the Doctor, she wears glasses and has to use an inhaler. She's quite cute and funny also very smart/intuitive. Close friends with Kate Stewart (head of science at unit and also chief operative). Often compared to her "Pretty sister" but she doesn't really take notice.

Rani Chandra (born 1993) was a teenage girl who lived on Bannerman Road. She assisted Sarah Jane Smith and her friends in combating alien menaces and protecting the Earth from natural threats originating from space. Rani had an impressive interest in the field of journalism, and was happy to be in the presence of Sarah Jane, a seasoned expert in reporting and investigating strange occurrences on the planet, and began learning journalism from Sarah Jane.

Miss Quill, a direct and sharp-tongued teacher, held a stern demeanor towards her students and perceived herself as unliked and unappreciated. Despite her bitterness towards Charlie, likening her role to servitude as slavery, she ultimately saved his life using the Cabinet of Souls, suggesting a developing sense of care towards him.

She risked lives for a greater cause.

She exhibited irritation when others overlooked her analytical skills or required clarification on her actions.

Tanya Adeola was a student at Coal Hill Academy. In 2013, when she was eleven years old, Tanya was moved up three years at Coal Hill School, due to her "outstanding examination results" and "truly extraordinary academic capability". She's also quite close to Miss Quill - her Physics teacher- and has secret empathy for her.

"Captain Jack Harkness" was the alias adopted by Time Agent and con man: 'Javic Piotr Thane' from the 51st century. He was a companion of the Doctor. After he was shot and killed by a Dalek, Jack was revived by Rose Tyler, who at the time was transformed into a nearly omnipotent being. He now works as the captain at Torchwood, dealing with alien invasions
