Vee is a Straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority. She subtly shows some dislike towards Dandy. She is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without coming off as backhanded. She also has a soft spot for Astro.

Goob is a kind and sociable Toon known for his energetic and innocent personality. His interactions with Rodger highlight his genuine belief that hugs are simply what others need, rather than using them strategically. Goob is also easily excitable, adding to his cheerful and approachable nature. As shown in his dialogue, he looks up to his older sister, Scraps.

Tisha is a Toon who loves cleaning and dislikes anything messy and/or disorganized. She is obsessed with keeping everything clean and organized, as evidenced by her interaction with  Boxten: "Shining, sparkling, so clean you'll need a wet floor sign!" She possibly cleans too much and overworks herself, as implied in her interaction with Astro and with Razzle & Dazzle. She shows a more friendly side to Shelly as Tisha helps Shelly clean fossils.

Cleaning - Dandy's world

Rudie is a cheerful and friendly Toon who has a passion for the holidays and seems to believe that it is Christmas every day. He has a very jolly and happy personality, and is always in a festive spirit. 

Coal is a rather stoic Toon, though she often appears grumpy, frequently growling. She generally isn't excited about many things, as shown in her dialogue with Rudie and information card. Unlike the other Christmas Toons, she doesn't seem to care about the holidays. She's usually well-behaved.

Resting - Dandy's world

Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who enjoys to talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, though she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing. She is highly supportive and kind towards others, as hinted through her active ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler.

Bobette is an enthusiastic and cheerful Toon who thrives in the festive spirit of Christmas. She is affectionate, playful, and constantly spreads joy to others, often making light-hearted comments and involving herself in holiday-themed activities. Coal is a rather stoic Toon, though she often appears grumpy, frequently growling. Ginger is a shy and socially awkward toon. Rudie is a cheerful and friendly Toon who has a passion for the holidays and seems to believe that it is Christmas every day.

They hate you. - Dandy's world

Astro is a calm and introverted Toon who doesn't take the lead in conversations. Despite this, he makes sure to engage in interactions with the other Toons, such as always lending a helping hand in regards to their dreams—something he's been said to have control over. He enjoys quiet and is a bit high-strung about anything interfering with those two things. Even so, Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, although he can unintentionally come off as standoffish sometimes.

Haunting. - Dandy's world

Pebble acts like a dog, despite being a pet rock. He is affectionate and playful towards most Toons. According to one of his interactions with Astro, he also seems to show concern for Dandy, his owner. He cannot speak English but appears to be able to comprehend it, often growling and loudly barking whenever other Toons offend him. However, Shelly and Vee's dialogues with Pebble suggest his barks function as a substitute and can convey meaning.

Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life with the other Toons. She is supportive and kind towards others. She also seems to have worries about being ignored but tries to brush it off and claim that she’s fine, based on her interactions with  Teagan and  Tisha. She also seems to be shocked when  Astro or  Vee talks to her, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other Main Toons. She's the most forgotten.

On the surface, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible, bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems either impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him, and eventually snapping. Though Dandy is not evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation.

Pissed off. - Dandy's world

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon as shown in his Passive Ability, being coined as "Overprotective." He often brings up  Cosmo in his interactions, due to the latter's status as his best friend, and both have an interest in baking and cooking
