 Balan is sometimes unpredictable, humorous, graceful, mysterious, and never tires of his audience. Balan is flamboyant, sassy, and energetic, but hates repeating himself and tends to get annoyed when many questions are asked of him. Despite his outwardly fantastical and showman-like personality, the maestro has a much gentler side to him as well. Balan also holds strongly to his beliefs, as he adamantly refuses the idea that he could be corrupted by negativity.


Lance is the main antagonist of Balan Wonderworld. He is secretive and mysterious. He means "no harm" as long as he gets what he wants. Lance can be manipulative telling sweet lies to entice people to stay in wonderworld. He hates being alone. He does act like a cat sometimes.

Reala is cruel, brutal and very loyal to Wizeman. Reala is also revealed to be manipulative. Reala either ignores Visitors or uses their emotions to aid in the capture of NiGHTS, manipulating them or otherwise incapacitating them to get them out of the way. He usually speaks to them in a patronizing or condescending tone.
