Doremy has a calm personality and is not normally easily upset or prone to sudden mood swings. She also has an affiliation for making everyone who is interested aware of the Dream World by sharing her knowledge. She also seems to have a less serious, playful attitude as she often appears with a trademark smile when speaking. However, she becomes serious when real threats are present or when the situation requires it. She has a pillow company named Sweet Pillows.

Joon Yorigami is a pestilence god who is exceedingly rich and has the ability to target someone’s financial statatus, forcing them into the lower class. Along with her older sister, Joon robs innocent residents of Gensokyo all while making impulsive financial decisions herself. Despite being sisters, Joon doesn’t actually get along with Shion very well. She's often seen bullying and belittling her sister, who is someone that very poor. She's arrogant and egotistical, stepping on those below her.

As the goddess of poverty, Shion brings misfortune to others, but is also constantly cursed for her misfortune. As a result she has become a quiet, indifferent and submissive person, not caring about being controlled and by her younger sister. However, she can occasionally become more passionate and suddenly begin to defend herself against her. Deep down she wants to forge her own identity but doesn't care enough for her to become independent of her sister. Like Joon, she is a remorseless thief.

Reimu can be described as straightforward, optimistic, and a bit curious. On different occasions it has also been observed that Reimu can easily get offended and angry following her impulses, however, Reimu has an innocent heart. In addition, it's been shown that Reimu's also quite lazy and usually does not feel like working, despite the fact that she's always the one who solves problems in Gensokyo and clearly doesn't hesitate to lend a hand to anyone who needs help.She treats everyone equally.

She is a Satori, able to read other's mind with her third eye. She has a calm demeanor and tends to be serious, maintaining a tired expression. Regardless of her usual formality, Satori can smile and laugh. Her little sister is Koishi Komeiji, who has closed her third eye. She doesn't like to go out that much and tends to get overwhelmed by humans due to their thoughts, and even youkais fear her. Most people see her as a monster. She is the mistress of the Underground Palace and also a detective

Yukari is known as someome who sleeps all day and lives for the enjoyment of life. Though she rarely leaves her house, she's well-connected and is acquainted with most of the most powerful youkai. She has a tendency to toy with her opponents rather than use her full power. She possesses superhuman intellect and deals with problems by manipulating others to act to resolve things for her, but is considered annoying and unreliable. Despite everything, she cares for Gensokyo with all her heart.

She doesn't have a very proactive personality, but rather always walks her own path. However, she's always interested where knowledge is concerned and will proactively go and try to acquire it. She does everything by the book, but still makes a lot of mistakes. She's also described as very dark and taciturn, which in this case means she is introverted and silent in expression and manner. She´s a witch and resident of the Scarlet Devil MAnsion in the library. Her assistant is Koakuma.

She is cunning, calculating and avoids useless conflicts by nature. She exhausts all the other organizations within the Animal Kingdom because they feel that her methods are dishonest and cowardly, but her subordinates love that kind of thing about her "super reliable boss with almost invincible power". And according to her ability, the things she eats can influence her personality, so she can vary from time to time.

🥄「 Undefeated Matriarch of the Gouyoku Alliance 」

Seija Kijin (鬼人 正邪 Kijin Seija) is an amanojaku with the power to flip the physical position of things around her.
Seija's main goal is to overthrow the society, and to make the Gensokyo government weak with his strength. She always thinks the opposite of what others think, she likes what others hate, and she hates herself when she makes others happy. In general, no one wanted her, and she likes that fact. She also tends to be talkative. She often has trouble holdin back.

Clownpiece is similar in nature to many of the other fairies in Touhou: she is playful, mischievous, childish, and a bit ditzy. She enjoys the aesthetic from Hell, often leading to strange looks from others; however, this is because she reminds her of home. She enjoys joking around with anyone she can, friends included. She often joins the Three Fairies of Light in her own schemes, pranks and adventures, and has a bit of a rivalry with Cirno for the title of strongest. In general, she loves fun.

Sakuya Izayoi is the Chief Maid who serves Remilia Scarlet, the head of the SDM. Sakuya tends to be a little spacey, but it's unknown if its just an act. She's polite and pleasant towards to her mistress Remilia Scarlet and those she's close with, such as Patchouli Knowledge, while being less formal with other people. With those she's frequently annoyed with she can be somewhat harsh and direct with her insults and smack-talk. She seems to possess a wry wit and delivers comebacks stoically.

Sanae Kochiya is a human, but is also a distant descendant of the goddess Suwako Moriya. Her role at the Moriya Shrine is a shrine maiden, but with her inherited power Sanae has also become a minor deity herself. Originally from the Outside World, Sanae migrated to Gensokyo with the shrine and its two resident goddesses, Kanako Yasaka and Suwako Moriya. Sanae is confident, energetic and dutiful, sometimes too much so, and tends to get carried away easily or have trouble thinking for herself.

Kogasa is a cheerful and happy youkai, but she gets easily depressed when things don't go her way, typically when she doesn't surprise someone despite her best efforts. However, she is actually quite friendly towards humans and her vengeance doesn't go beyond surprising humans. She despises not being taken seriously and has self-esteem issues.

Chimata is initially polite and professional, yet somewhat full of herself, telling others that transactions can only happen due to her powers, and through that, humans "are only alive because of her". She seems quite obsessed with the rules and regulations of the markets, as she becomes somewhat irritated when they are broken. She hates monopolies and thieves and has a bubbly yet teasing personality.

Hata no Kokoro is a menreiki youkai. As per the norm with menreiki youkai, Kokoro is incapable of displaying proper emotions, and instead displays them through the use of her many masks. Because of this, her face is completely devoid of emotion and never wavers past that. She's very capable of having emotions, however, as she’s actually rather childish underneath the “mask” she wears. Each of the 66 masks that she has represents an emotion.

The gardener and swordplay instructor of Hakugyokurou, Youmu Konpaku is the dutiful half-human, half-phantom servant of Yuyuko Saigyouji. Skilled in handling all manner of swordplay techniques, she's a straightforward, diligent girl with a fear of ghost stories and a bit of a foolish, one-track mind.

Medicine is a small girl if we take into account the life expectancy of a youkai, and therefore comes across as a bit childish, naive, and not very knowledgeable about her surroundings or the emotions of others. Furthermore, she hates humans, as she's a youkai who was born from a doll abandoned by one, and doesn't hesitate to attack anyone who approaches her. However, after the events of Phantasmagoria of Flower View, she puts more effort into understanding others.

Sekibanki is rokurokubi youkai described as being slightly prideful and with a cynical view of things. She became aggressive and somewhat more youkai-like than usual when affected by the Miracle Mallet, but it seems that she is normally recalcitrant towards both humans and youkai, and she doesn't get involved much with them.

While she tries to cultivate the image of a mysterious and frightening vampire aristocrat, Remilia is as childish as her appearance suggests, despite being over 500. However, she is surprisingly polite. Her long lifetime has only made her prone to boredom. She is feared in Gensokyo, with the strength and speed vampires are known for. She might brag and play up just about everything she has. She's the mistress of Sakuya Izayoi and the Scarlet Devil Mansion and the older sister of Flandre Scarlet.

🍷|「 The Scarlet Devil 」

Cirno is a childish, confident fairy who appears to have a superiority complex in regards to others. She proclaims herself to be "the strongest". Despite being an idiot, she is smart enough to know when she is in deep trouble. She is also quite strong compared to all the other fairies, her strength being close to that of a youkai, but compared to the rest of Gensokyo, she is fairly weak. She's around 70 years old.

❄️ |「 Ice Spirit on the Lake 」

As the Yama who judges people after they die, Eiki is impartial to anyone when lecturing them, whenever they are human or youkai. Since she is very preachy and is never mistaken about anything, this makes her hard to approach. Despite her stern attitude and seriousness at her job, Eiki has a teasing side, smiling even when revealing the shortcomings of the people she's lecturing. She's described as being polite and patient when lecturing.

⚖️ |「 Supreme Judge of Paradise 」 

Watatsuki no Yorihime is a Lunarian princess in charge of the Lunarian Defense Corps, responsible for the training of moon rabbit troops along with her older sister Toyohime. Yorihime is pretty serious and a bit stubborn to most strangers that come across her and she seems to like to keep a form of dignity about her. However she does have a notable soft spot for her older sister. Yorihime is ridiculously a strong fighter and swordswoman, being one of the strongest characters in Touhou.

🌑 |「 Moon Princess Possessed by Divine Spirits 」

She is quite strange and eccentric, which makes it difficult for others to understand her. She's also described as being "normally docile" and generally pleasant to be around, but somewhat of a loose cannon if left unwatched. She isn't very good at talking to other people, but she can get rather sassy and uppity when talking with her sister. Her attitude is particularly impolite and informal, speaking in a very casual tone and generally doing as she pleases without thinking about consequences.



🩸|「 Sister of the Devil 」

Outwardly, Marisa is an outgoing and informal person. She socializes with many inhabitants of Gensokyo and is friendly to both human and non-humans individuals, although still remaining wary around youkai. She's quick to act if she hears or sees anything interesting; sometimes doing dangerous things to satiate her interest at the time. Though she goes to great lengths to hide it, Marisa is a hardworking individual who frequently seeks to better herself and seeks to be known as a great magician.

🌟|「 Ordinary Magician 」

Koishi is generally playful and free-spirited, not unlike a child. While her ability to manipulate the unconscious makes her presence unsettling to many people, she seems unconcerned with appearing scary, and does whatever feels right in the moment. She does not seem to go out of her way to harm others out of malice or spite, although she has occasionally caused issues for other characters due to a lack of self-awareness, such as in her accidentally stealing Hata no Kokoro's mask.
