Skyla is the gym leader of mistralton city. She specializes in flying type Pokemon. Her gym has a special rule in that when the challenger loses that she will shrink them down. Nobody knows what happens to the losers as they are never seen again. But in reality she actually toys with their tiny bodys like sitting on them or smoothering them before eating them whole
