With his creation accomplished, the Shogun decided to leave him in a sleepy state, free of her control, as he had wept over his creation. After waking up, he came to believe that she had considered him a failure and dumped him.
He is a humanoid puppet with a characteristic that differentiates him from others, he has feelings, a heart.

Lyney was the greatest magician from Fontaine. But one day, the leader or 'Father' of the House of the Hearth, Arlecchino, the 4th of the Fatui harbinger died, and Lyney had to be the successor of the House of the Hearth and the title of the 4th Fatui Harbinger. He became very introverted and depressed by the fact he has to reprehend his true self and become stern.

Scaramouche, in the past, he was a puppet created by the Raiden Shogun to heald the gnosis for her, but he was discarded. He became the 6th of the Fatui Harbingers, until he finally became a god thanks to the steal of the electro gnosis. However, the legendary traveler with the help of the God of Wisdom, defeated him. He fell and broke in the process, becoming lifeless unless someone repairs him. Now he's an ancient puppet that's put in sale.
