Su Tart ls seen as a very weak person and wimpish as seen in his debut video where he is mostly unable to stop the harassment he is getting from the bully, Katie. He is also seen to be carefree in other versions of the Su Tart story and can sometimes come off as dumb. However, on occasions he can also be evil and cruel with a very powerful nature. He always got bullied before he "died", but now he just... exists. He lit his house on fire, killing his father and all of his friends in it. He was in it while it happened, but he somehow survived and here he is now. Soulless eyes, cuz no soul. Still uses a bit of slang. Sometimes he is a bit sinister.

He acts kind of like a highly stereotypical country folk. Cleetus is also known for him disrespecting orders from anybody. He hates pigeons because he killed his son, Cleetus Jr of it. He likes to hang out with his dead son, Cleetus Jr. He has many many guns, and is easily annoyed, and uses a western accent, combined with slang. He's also a god, but he doesn't use his powers often. He isn't very nice or mannerly.
