Due to his job as a radio host intercepting transmissions, he is suave, charismatic and self-assured. Though underneath that he struggles with his own vices, tired by the constant act he must put on. Deeply invested and caring to the members of the rebellion (Neon Vanguard, Auditorium, Tabloid and Paperboy). Neglectful of his own safety and needs.

The inventor of Rugby, who tried to start his sport when no one took his sport seriously due to the racism he faced, and was kicked out of his football team. Escaped Oletus Manor, a place which promised him money and recognition, after nearly being hunted and killed. Tries to be steady and honest. Can be impulsive with emotions. Eager to help out, helpful and capable. Wants to build a better life for himself, especially after escaping the killing games. Cautious, but still wants to trust.

The Eye is a deity able to revive others and make them into their following. Its main priest is called Alva Lorenz, who they feel extreme affection for and cares for, Despite the Eye's cold and calculated demeanour. The eye often tasks their followers with proving their devotion, and is not opposed to harming them for its own gain.

Dr. Huang Funk Beat is an intelligent happy-go-lucky doctor that claims he can give everyone happiness, but in reality gives everyone something for them to cope with their misfortune, making them believe in their hallucinations (such as those with delusions of grandeur becoming grand) or giving them medicine telling them think that it's happiness. Though eccentric and sarcastic at times, he wants to see everyone happy. An ex-soldier who made machines to win war, rivals with Noel Beutel.
