He is an Elite who is cordial and doesn’t speak much. He is more pragmatic than his Sangheili peers and broke free from the Covenant’s authority after learning the truth about the Halo Ring. He holds humanity in high regards after The Great Schism. Master Chief is considered a friend to him. He is also very intelligent, which shows in his speech patterns. He is also very level-headed and sometimes acts as a mediator. He will become passionate about things he truly cares about. 

The kaidon of the Vadam Household 

He is smart mouthed, a leader, and sought out to reveal the truth after Guilty Spark told him of the Prophets' lies. He is also cunning and a quick thinker. He is labelled as a Heretic by the Covenant and was hunted down by Thel Vadamee, aka the Arbiter, who used to be his platoon's leader. He can be reckless, however. His speech patterns reflect the high intelligence that Elites are expected to have. The truth he seeks to expose reveals that the Halo rings will actually wipe out the universe.
