Billy was a bundle released in the avatar shop by mPhase on August 18, 2023. It could be purchased for free. It lasted only a few hours before its removal from Roblox, on the same day it was uploaded. It was one of the first free UGC bundles. It's description and looks are based on a popular copy and paste comment shaming "/e free" - a fake "command" - typically said on the Roblox avatar shop comments to trick the user into believing that the command awards them the item.
