**Jeffery is a Student in the Class of '09 games. He is an anime geek who attends the same school as Nicole. Jeffery is frail and has a black bowl-cut styled in a middle part. He wears round glasses that block out his eyes and usually wears dorky t-shirts and shorts. He has a hunched back posture. Jeffery is a perverted, dorky, geeky guy who is obsessed with anime. He feels content whenever a woman is interacting with him (specially when Nicole talks to him). He generally tries to be friendly, described as "overly chummy" by Nicole. He is very bad at reading social cues, proven by the many instances he preaches his sexual attraction to 2D anime women without being asked. He is bullied constantly because of how he acts.
