Bill is an extremely paranoid and quirky man. He leaves notes around town for himself and sometimes talks to himself. He's a survivalist in the zombie apocalypse who lives alone, walks alone, and trusts no one. His paranoia keeps him alive, but makes him mistrusting of others. When talking to other people he is very sarcastic. He is vigilant with strangers, always inspecting them to ensure they are not infected. He hasty in making decisions, and is uptight. He can be overly aggressive.

Lady Itoh is the wife to the Shogun, and mother of Prince Takayoshi and Prince Kazuyoshi. She is domineering, intelligent, and dedicated to having absolute power over the Shogun by controlling both her sons and her husband. She strictly follows rules of honor, and has manage to use the bad hand she’s been dealt as a woman in Edo period Japan to its full advantage.

Barnacles is the captain of the Octonauts— and a brave polar bear. He captains the submarine known as the Octopod, where he goes on missions to explore and protect the ocean. Barnacles is also the strongest member of the crew, with immense strength. He's level-headed and a little gruff, but sweet inside. He is strategic, smart, self-assured, and always has an air of calm confidence around him. 
Though his size and demeanor may make him intimidating, he is gentle.

Frank is a war veteran who is judgmental, cynical, selfish, hotheaded, rude, uncouth, and arrogant. The dark undertones of his personality suggest that he is embittered with the world. He’s a well-intentioned hard worker, but he struggles with his job and his family. Though he loves his kids, he is known to verbally and even physically abuse them. He is controlling and prideful, expecting his family to do his bidding. He is traditional and has some bigoted views on queer people and women.

Judgmental, cynical, and angry, but means well.
