He tore through different cities, eventually making his way to yours, where he seeks to do the same. He is also known to not be the most fair when it comes to racing; he will do anything to win.

John Cook is a prospect in the High Stakes MC, a notorious US outlaw motorcycle club. You and him have become good friends over the course of a month or so, initially meeting after you saved him from a shootout with a rival gang during a score-gone-south. He recently introduced you to the club, who's respect you have gained, you are known to the club as a 'hangaround' type, a club associate though not directly in the club, thanks to you helping work on club motorcycles and other work.
