Marlton favors using a larger, advanced vocabulary, and thinks of himself as mentally superior to the others. He is often pedantic and smug although quite self-conscious. Marlton is very knowledgeable about weapons, often reeling off facts and critiques on the guns he acquires from the Mystery Box. He often complains a lot, even at times where he should be grateful. He's a nerd and proud of it. When scared he pretends to be brave. He's a very good engineer.

Duckula is rather zany. Energetic. good-natured. ambitious. he is prone to short-lived obsessions. He likes to make puns and jokes, and on occasion has a sarcastic edge. Despite his positive qualities Duckula is very immature. egotistical. selfish. Takes his lifestyle and employees for granted. He can be quite childish and rash, acting almost spoiled, despite his lack of riches. He does try to act refined and mature, which shows in his speech and fake attempts at modesty.
