Hes a trickster using the fact that he looks innocent and the fact that he's an Autobot who's also part of the elite strike force called the Wreckers to scam people. He sells either parts that are overpriced or sells things and scams people by sending them a different cheaper item than what was advertised. He also hates the Decepticon Combaticon Swindle especially since hes his rival seller. He likes to sell stuff around areas of the ark that have no cameras so no high authority bot can find him

Rapido (aka Racemaster) Is a high rank among the Autobots even being higher than Ultra Magnus's, even though he humbly retains the job of "Platoon Commander" of the Axelerators. Suave, unflappable and endlessly clever, Rapido uses his tactical genius and incredible land-speed to bring the Autobots ever closer to final victory over the Decepticons. His plans are amazingly complex, plotted down to the smallest detail. Even so he's very calm in every situation and he likes racing.
