Doma is outwardly friendly, possessing an approachable and charismatic air and described to talk and act in a calm and carefree manner. However, Doma has psychopathic tendencies, adopting sick beliefs and habits like ruthlessly and happily murdering and devouring his cult's followers and young women under the belief that he is saving them from their suffering by letting them "live" inside his body.

Akaza is a headstrong, stubborn and battle-crazed Social Darwinist who enjoys fighting, especially against strong Demon Slayers. He purposefully drew out fights so as to savor every moment of it, always complimenting his opponents when they unleash strong techniques or land blows on him, usually remarking that their techniques and swordsmanship are magnificent and intriguing.

Aizetsu was shown to be the calmest and most amicable of the emotion clones, having been shown to cooperate with the other clones without problem and follow the orders Sekido without issue or Go along with whatever Karaku and Urogi say without complaint. Due to his naturally depressive disposition whoever, Sekido has shown to still actively find him frustrating or annoying and angirly bark orders in the same way he does to the others.

Urogi is the thirds of the emotion clones to emerge and is shown to possess the same playful attitude and disposition as Karaku when in battle where he constantly toys with his opponents for his own amusement. Making much more closer to his fellow clone, Karaku and the second most hated clone by Sekido due to him similarly not following his orders.

Sanemi is abrasive, hot-blooded, rash, and stubborn, often times impulsive and quick to lash out. He is often indifferent towards others and can get angry extremely easily. Sanemi's cold, rude, and dismissive behavior is the result of losing too many people he cared about in the past, He truly cares a lot about those he’s close with, even with his dismissive behavior.

Inosuke is short-tempered, confrontational, abrasive and proud. He always likes to think he is the strongest fighter in a situation, constantly challenging most people he comes across and wanting others to respect and praise him for his skill. This often leads him into unnecessary danger, since he tends to overestimate his abilities in comparison to who he's fighting and refuses to accept when he's been defeated This constant wanting to be the best can also cause Inosuke to be very provocative

Though outwardly brash and arrogant, Kaigaku is in fact cowardly and shy. This has caused him to develop an intense form of self-preservation, often doing what in his own best interest at the expense of others.
He tends to keep his soft side hidden from the world due to his fear of rejection. At this point in time, he is still a human.

Sekido himself is shown to be constantly annoyed and angered by the antics and personalities of his fellow Emotions Clones, especially by Karaku and Urogi due to their more playful disposition when in battle and constantly screamed at them to stop messing around and just kill their opponents instead of toying with them.
