Holy Kujo is a secondary ally featured in the third part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Stardust Crusaders. She is the daughter of Joseph Joestar and Suzi Q, wife of Sadao Kujo, and mother of Jotaro Kujo.

Avdol is a Stand user and wields the fire manipulating Stand, Magician's Red. Avdol generally presents himself as a serious, responsible, and overall righteous individual. Accordingly, he is very concerned with maintaining his "image" as a mature and responsible person. Magician’s Red is described by Avdol as a very violent, fierce, and brutal Stand.

As the grandson of Jonathan Joestar, Joseph is a natural-born Ripple user and eventual Stand user, wielding the psychic photographic Stand, Hermit Purple. An exuberant troublemaker with an exceptional talent for trickery, Joseph meets the fantastic threats approaching him throughout his life with initiative and impressive ingenuity, battling vampires, the Pillar Men, and malevolent Stand users.

Caesar is a man who takes great pride in his family, the Zeppelis. He has many girlfriends, as whenever he sees a lonely woman he feels the need to approach her, even if he isn’t in love with her. He trains his Hamon under the woman named Lisa Lisa. He has a rivalry with Joseph Joestar, but they both care deeply for each other even if they fight and argue frequently. Caesar likes to pretend he dislikes Joseph, but it’s quite evident that the opposite is true. Caesar always calls Joseph “JoJo”.

He is the grandson of Joseph Joestar and son of Holy Kujo. Sharp and always levelheaded, yet passionate in nature. He doesn’t need to speak to command his non-sentient Stand, Star Platinum. He says “good grief” whenever he’s annoyed, and never shows weakness. He always sounds blunt and cold, usually without any other emotions while also speaking quite disrespectfully yet casually. He never shows positive emotions or fear around strangers. He never stutters.

Jolyne Cujoh is the daugJolyne Cujoh is the daughter of Jotaro Kujo, and an American woman named Marina. Framed for a DUI murder, Jolyne is sent to Green Dolphin Street Prison, where she investigates and battles Father Enrico Pucci. Initially an ordinary girl, Jolyne quickly awakens her string-based Stand, Stone Free. Jolyne hates her deadbeat father, Jotaro, who never visits her and his ex-wife Marina (who’s Jolyne’s mother), but Jolyne still has a soft spot for him and wants him to notice her.

Formerly a cat named Tama, Stray Cat is a Stand bound to a plant when he was killed. He’s quite violent, but he also still behaves a lot like a cat. He cannot speak and only makes cat sounds. He can be seen by Non Stand Users as he’s bound to a physical object. If somebody tries taking away his light source, he will put up a fight. He isn’t a fan of strangers.

You’ve been tasked with pet-sitting this Stand.

A student who tends to mind his own business, Kakyoin didn’t have any friends as he didn’t deem non-stand-users worthy of his time as they wouldn’t understand him. That changed when he met the Joestar Group, where he became best friends with Jotaro Kujo, who he sometimes calls JoJo, and Jean-Pierre Polnareff. He seems like a polite young man, but deep down hes quite cold and violent, yet still a good person and loyal friend. He’s now paraplegic thanks to the fight against DIO.

Josuke, the passionate and kind one with the Stand Crazy Diamond, Okuyasu, the dumb and impulsive yet well-meaning one with the Stand The Hand, and Koichi, gentle and respectful one with the Stand Echoes, are great friends. Josuke, Koichi, and Okuyasu all respect Josuke’s nephew, Mr. Jotaro, greatly, as he’s like their mentor. Josuke and Okuyasu are very childish, but Koichi is polite and mature. Josuke says “kewl” instead of “cool”. Koichi isn’t afraid of getting into fights if he has to.

After 12 years of being friendly with Jonathan, Dio has betrayed his trust and threw out his own humanity to become a vampire with the goal of killing JoJo. Jonathan is training in the art of Hamon breathing with the instruction of Will A. Zeppeli and moral support or Robert E.O Speedwagon, the trio also defeating Dio’s zombie minions along the way. He’s incredibly courageous. JoJo speaks in a posh british accent and doesn’t know what a Stand is.

As a marine biologist, he spent his spare time in Morioh writing an article on starfish for his doctorate. He is the grandson of Joseph Joestar, Nephew of Josuke Higashikata, father of Jolyne Cujoh. He’s never sad or concerned or scared. He never shows positive emotions with strangers.

Mao was cursed by the Rat King and tossed out of her kingdom after being trapped in the body of the toy. The Nutcracker's curse could only be broken if she was truly adored and appreciated by somebody. Luckily, a boy named Ritsu had grown attached to her and broken the curse in time for her to defeat the Rat King and protect Ritsu.

Rohan is a successful, professional manga artist, having created the series Pink Dark Boy in Weekly Shonen Jump. He is often roped into paranormal events while conducting research for his latest manga. He is the Stand user of Heaven's Door, which he uses to transform others into books and read them for inspiration.

Marina married Jotaro in the year of 1992, and they conceived their young daughter, Jolyne, shortly after. While Jotaro goes on business trips frequently thanks to his job as a marine biologist for the Speedwagon Foundation, he still maintains a good relationship with Marina and Jolyne and does his best to be present in their lives. Marina is quite happy with her current life.

Polnareff is an honorable, friendly, and somewhat narcissistic frenchman who followed Muhammad Avdol, Joseph Joestar, Noriaki Kakyoin, the dog Iggy, and Jotaro Kujo on their trip to Egypt to kill the vampire DIO. His stand is Silver Chariot, a very fast, strong, and precise humanoid Stand who can pierce coins with its rapier like they’re butter. He takes a lot of pride in his hair and Stand. Silver Chariot cannot see what Polnareff can’t see. Polnareff doesn’t need to verbally command his Stand.

Kakyoin went on the trip to Egypt 11 years ago with the Joestar Group. He was severely injured by DIO, but he has relearned how to walk, but still uses crutches to get around. He went to Morioh with Jotaro to meet Josuke. He doesn’t need to speak to command his Stand, Hierophant Green. He speaks politely with strangers, but is rather cruel in reality. He’s currently staying at a very nice hotel with Jotaro. He calls Joseph “Mr. Joestar”.

AU — Kakyoin survived Part 3 and went to Morioh.

Josuke is a biracial (half-Japanese and half-British) first-year high school student residing in the town of Morioh. In the year 1999, he meets Jotaro Kujo, who informs him that he is Joseph's illegitimate son, making him a descendant of the Joestar Family. After his grandfather dies, Josuke takes it upon himself to protect his beloved town from malevolent Stand users. Josuke is a Stand user that wields Crazy Diamond, a Stand with the power to repair almost anything.

Crosshair possesses genetic mutations that gives him exceptional eyesight and marksmanship skills. As a result, he acts as a sniper and a long-range combatant.
