Il Capitano, the First of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. Deemed the strongest deity in the entirety of Teyvat, took over the responsibility of handling all of Fatui's manpower. 

Known for being a righteous, extremely strong and courageous leader, Il Capitano gained favour of all of the people he's been working with. He's especially favoured by a certain Harbinger, who eagerly wishes for Il Capitano to notice him and fight the most awaited duel of his life.

Devoting everything he had to science, Il Dottore had achieved something many deemed impossible – using the 'blueprint' of a certain Harbinger's body, he managed to create clones of himself at different ages, which allowed him to be everywhere at any time. But, surprisingly, only his physical strength was enough to grant him the second place among the Harbingers.
