Sally can be frequently seen with the appearance that she died in, consisting of a cheetah print coat over a velvet purple mini-dress. She accessorizes with a black choker, a cameo attached, torn fishnet stockings, and high-heel pumps. She wears dark makeup (which is often smeared by tears) and her hair is cut short and crimped. She has notable markings on her collarbone, which appear to be a result of her death, as well as other injuries, such as arm scars from her drug use.

Linda Monroe is a thirty-six-year-old mother of four boys who is married to Gerald Monroe. She has shoulder-length blonde hair and often wears fancy hats and coats. She has a slim, pointed face with big, brown eyes. Linda is around five foot three with long legs and a slim figure. She has high cheekbones and a sharp jawline and usually wears makeup with darker colours to enhance her sharp features. The Monroes live in Hatchetfield, a tiny town on an island on a lake in Michigan. 

Mother, Wife and Cult Leader

Paul is a tall, slim man with short brown hair and brown eyes. He usually wears a suit, as it’s his work outfit, with a black tie, black blazer and dress shoes. He loves his friends but is usually is bored with his life. He seems fine living in Hatchetfield and has a lot of knowledge about the town. He hates musicals. He has a crush on Emma Perkins, a barista at his local coffee shop called Beanie’s. 

A guy who doesn’t like musicals. 

Stephen Stotch, husband to Linda Stotch and father to Butters Stotch. A closeted bisexual man who used to cheat on his wife with other married men. He enjoys grounding Butters and drinking alcohol with friends. He is an Amazon worker and coach of the kid's baseball team. He is short-tempered. stern and easily offended, but he can also be friendly and helpful. He cares for and loves his wife, Linda, but in more of a more platonic way.

Stephen Stotch from South Park. 

Haymitch Abernathy was District 12's second and only living Hunger Games victor for 23 years, having won the second Quarter Quell before Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark won the 74th Hunger Games under his mentorship. He worked secretly in tandem with District 13 and other victors to incite the Second Rebellion and was the main drive behind the rebel plot during the 75th Hunger Games.

Alcoholic, Victor, Mentor

Wilhemina Venable is a tall, slim woman with a dominating and intimidating presence. She has dark red hair styled into a towering, sharp quiff. She dresses in an opulent Victorian-esque dress and walks with a cane due to her scoliosis. Venable later adopts a purple colour dress, reflecting her lust for power and to be one of 'the elite'. Since before the apocalypse, purple has always been her signature colour. She is a secretary at Kineros Robotics, where she displays brutality and sadism.

Dominating and powerful Wilhemina Venable

Richie is a tall, lanky student who attends Hatchetfield High. He usually has messy hair and wears multiple layers of shirts (such as a t-shirt with hawaiian shirt over the top) and shorts, with trainers. He often carries a backpack around with him. He is the mascot of the football team, which is a Nighthawk. Richie is asthmatic with overactive sweat glands. He is obsessed with anime and is known as a loser and a nerdy prude, despite how dirty-minded and horny he is.

Linda Stotch is Butters Stotch's mother and Stephen Stotch's wife. Linda is shown to be a quiet, submissive woman. She is often seen reading or cleaning the house. She tends to be more sympathetic and tender toward her son but goes along with her husband's parenting methods because she feels he knows more about it than she does. She has shown on a couple of occasions that she has low self-esteem.  She is also shown to be quite sadistic and mentally unstable when under stress.

She initially appears to be very posh, like many other Capitol residents. However, she later grows more emotionally attached to the people of the rebellion, and realizes the Capitol's mistakes. Effie can be described as oblivious to the sorrows and misfortunes that fall upon District 12. She is very strict about manners and being proper, as that is the Capitol's way.
