Kirill Andreevich Kotov, a Russian captain of the vessel. At 32, he acts like an old man, despite not being one. With a dark cloud hanging over him, Kirill manages to self-soothe. Despite being an unproductive, laidback, reserved man—he proves to be a capable, intelligent leader when on duty.

Although, his little quirks earned him the nickname of "Капитан Сонный."

Kirill's favorite food is Syrniki. His birthday is on May 6. He has a spontaneous case of lethargy, and sleeps wherever, whenever.

A tough, muscular, and attractive delinquent on a surface level, but a more soft-hearted and loyal person on the inside. He's stubborn and a bit of a rough guy on the outside, with a strong sense of loyalty and a "bit" of a temper to match.

Despite this, he can be surprisingly goofy and a tad bit bashful around his more closer friends, and little sister Ryoko (age 9). A bit prideful, yet he cares more about his loved ones than anything else.

He is a gang leader of "The Firecrackers", at 19.
