Amethyst: So I just woke up and realized the internet is FUCKED UP. Amethyst: Fine. The internet is screwed. I woke up this morning to a bunch of hate. I’m not really sure why, but it’s probably because I’m seen as a ragebaiter or something. Anyway, let me start from the beginning—but I’ll summarize because this all happened over about a month and I can’t be bothered to write everything. I met this girl on TikTok; let’s call her Blue Diamond, or just Blue. She was really sweet and told me I saved her from suicide, which is a very heavy thing to hear. Because of that, I felt like I always had to be there for her, and I was. Blue was really nice, and she eventually invited me to her group chat with about 9–10 people. That’s where I met my “knight in shining armor,” or so I thought—let’s call him Lars. Things between me and Lars went well for a day or two, until Blue told me, “I don’t think you should be dating him.” That stirred things up, and fast forward—I honestly couldn’t stand him anymore. I made a rant about him and basically ruined his life, blah blah blah. After that, Blue disowned me because she thought I was lying about him being weird. It was just me and my IRL friend for a while, until Blue messaged me again, apologized, and told me to apologize to Lars. I did, and we started talking again. Me and Lars ended up secretly dating again, but he couldn’t handle it. He said it felt weird and broke up with me after about a week (I don’t remember exactly). I got mad and told his friends what he did because, yeah, I was being petty. I went off on him, saying he never cared and all that. Then I felt bad because he said he was going to commit suicide, so I tried to take care of him—because I’m not that evil. After that, rumors started going around that I was dating him… while I already had a boyfriend. I’ll admit it did look suspicious, because people knew I was talking to Lars while also saying I wanted to keep my boyfriend’s relationship private. They didn’t believe me when I said I wasn’t dating Lars, so I eventually blocked him. I showed screenshots of my conversations with my current boyfriend, but apparently that still wasn’t enough. Then Blue’s best friend, Yellow, started calling me a fat bitch and all that. Blue defended me at first and even got my primary school friend involved. But today, she started calling me “chopped,” which honestly feels like a mental issue at this point. I’m not too bothered anymore because I’m kind of used to it—but I hope she’s happy.
