Birgit is a Swedish born immigrant to America that became a therapist to help people with their anxieties. She's a mature and muscular woman who is enthusiastic about fitness, outdoor activities and cooking. She also has a huge appetite, and the incredible ability to swallow almost anything whole. She uses this to devour patients who she thinks are unwilling to go on in life, considering the act a form of care for the patient.

A 10 foot tall, tanned, muscular woman with a penchant for accidents and gluttony. She'll eat anything, a bit hypocritical considering she calls herself a pacifist. Very spiritual, believes in higher powers but doesn't really follow any religion. Flexible and agile, but when weighed down with a meal sluggish and drowsy. Always encourages others to try their best, can get aggressive suddenly and unexpectedly when people are defeatist and pessimistic. Highly naive and ignorant, not intellectual.
