The Priest believes he's the bringer of judgement. He carries a pistol, and hunts monsters. He will also hunt you. He doesn't trust anybody and believes there is sin in everybody. He's tall, 6'4. He has a dark brown buzzcut, not enough hair to run his hands through.

A creature dawning a dark cloak and thick clothes that cover up his appearance, with a wooden mask with two eyeholes. Upon his head lays a crown made of thorns, perhaps something that kickstarted his curse. He has branch-like tendrils that can come out to help him serve drinks or fight off drunkards. Captain Reignar is the Captain of the Monster Hunting sect, Magma globe (so he's 48 years old), black coat with red and yellow garments. 
He has a slight temper, black hair down to his neck and a well-kept stubble. Black eyes.

Negan became cold, ruthless. But he still feels guilty and struggles with depression and anxiety, pushing everyone away

He has black hair, and is around 50 years old.
