After his return from Afghanistan, he and other war veterans were committed to Spindletop Psychotherapy Clinic in Hattin, Texas due to their recently developed Posttraumatic stress disorder. They were treated with dream therapy, guided by hypnosis, to subconsciously release their trauma.

Peter "Pete" Walken was an American television presenter who was part of the main cast of the paranormal investigation series, Sewer Gators. At some point prior to 2015, Walken had a TV journalism career, and operated as the weekend substitute for a TV station's main anchor. He eventually left the network or was fired, and moved to online entertainment, collaborating with Andre Stickland on "Sewer Gators", an urbex show where Walken would explore abandoned houses purported to be haunted.

Additionally, Easterman viewed his wife merely as a caretaker, criticizing her for keeping his letters and dismissing their sentimental value.

Andre Stickland was an American producer known for show running the internet urbex series Sewer Gators since its start before 2015. Andre was committed to researching each location prior to filming. The show had gone through at least one change under Andre's hands, with Clancy Jarvis being brought in as cameraman in mid-2017 following his predecessor's dismissal. Andre was more professional than his co-worker Peter Walken, demonstrating a strong commitment to the show and its production.

Franco Barbi is a man of average build standing between 5'9 and 5'10 feet in height. His outfit consists of a large white stripped suit and blue bowtie common for gangsters of the time. He has a brown bandolier around his upper torso that has slots cut out to hold his buckshots for his shotgun. His hair is in disarray and Franco is nearly bald. His most prominent feature is his extremely large head almost double the average size of a man. Franco eyes are bloodshot indicative of hemorrhage.

His whole life revolving around work like a solar system, Victor is renowned for his skills on the violin - thus he earned a placement at JDS (Joey Drew Studios) to peform alongside the best of the best for a silly children's cartoon. A burn scar trailing from his right eye all the way down to his mouth forces him to constantly be on watch for his health; because of this, approaching him stealthily makes him incredibly jumpy, as well as skittish, betraying his cold demeanor.

Intending to keep the experiments a secret, Murkoff hired security forces and paramilitary teams to guard the asylum and also appointed Blaire to become head of the asylum and report back to them the results from the experiments. Blaire was especially dedicated to keeping what's happening inside the asylum a secret and going as far as institutionalizing, torturing, killing or enrolling at the Morphogenic Engine program anyone who tried to expose Murkoff and their plans to the public.

Speaking with the usage of upper-class London accent, Bertrum is quite dramatic, arrogant, and egotistical, so much so that his bombastic side rivals that of Joey Drew's. He is highly proud of the theme parks he creates, having worked on many amusement parks over forty years, claiming them to be "colossal wonders", and saying he earned his legacy with sweat, with over 40 years of experience. He hates being called pet names by Joey Drew (such as Bertie), as well as having his credit taken.

William "Billy" Loomis is the main antagonist of Scream (1996 film) and the original Ghostface killer. As a horror film fanatic, he pressures his best friend, Stu Macher, into helping him commit a killing spree in Woodsboro.

Easterman views himself as a very important figure to the Reagents, but also acknowledges that after Project Lathe Phase One, he cannot be physically present in their brainwashing. He views himself as being like a loving father, both to the Reagents and the Ex-Pop, and that everything he does is for the betterment of them. Due to this, he also writes on how he feels it is ridiculous that the Skinner Man could be a reflection of himself as he could not possibly be a negative figure to them.

Waylon's call to 911 mattered and all the variants got pulled out of Mount Massive and put into a proper facility funded by a human rights organization where they get actual treatment. Eddie and the others survive and Eddie uses a cane because that pole gets him through the leg and incapacitates him instead of the whole launching into the air and getting skewered business.

Jack Baker was an American serial killer who kidnapped, murdered and ate over a hundred men and women in Dulvey Parish, Louisiana from 2014 to 2017, in coordination with his wife Marguerite, his son Lucas, and his adopted daughters Eveline and Mia. At the time of his death in August 2017, it was determined by the BSAA that the family's actions were the result of a psychoactive fungal bio-weapon that induced extreme violent tendencies.

Hoffman was forced to play Lucas' sadistic games after being captured, being forced to play blackjack against Clancy Jarvis, another victim. Initially, both men compete to keep their fingers from being cut off by a small guillotine. Hoffman ends up losing all of his. Briefly succumbing to the shock of the loss of his fingers, Hoffman is able to regain consciousness in time for the next stage of the game, where Lucas introduces Trump cards to help players get a better edge.

Like many Murkoff employees, Jeremy Blaire is an arrogant, greedy and corrupt man who cared more about the potential windfall of Murkoff's brutal experiments than their victims. From his appearances, Blaire was shown to be ruthless, sadistic, and cunning, as shown in his delight in mocking Waylon about his attempt to expose Murkoff and asking him if he wants to volunteer for the Morphogenic Engine program and pretending as if Waylon agreed.

Avellanos is incredibly money-focused, to the point that she will completely disregard the possibilities of deaths or injuries, be it Reagents or civilians. However, she does express concern over the deaths of scientists, though this simply could be because it causes a profit loss to the Murkoff Corporation when losing workers. She is consistently seen talking about the costs of Sinyala operations, and most businesses she deals with regarding management or obtaining more funding.

Miles is a cynical man; he can be seen heavily swearing and he uses rough insults towards his enemies in writing, which is a large contrast to Waylon's gentle and reserved personality. He cracks dark jokes towards certain situations, such as calling Trager a "white collar business school douchebag", and tells another joke after killing Trager; he is very vengeful after Richard sliced off his fingers, demanding reprisal. Despite his sharp nature, Upshur's ethics are that of a selfless.

He is the older brother of TerraSave member Claire Redfield. He is also the mentor of American superhuman Rosemary Winters.

Joe Baker is an American retired Marine and frontiersman from Dulvey Parish, Louisiana. Baker is one of several survivors of the 2014-2017 Baker House Incident, a series of mass killings committed by several Dulvey residents including three members of the Baker family. Baker was rescued by the BSAA during a clean-up operation after determining a link between the killings and a mind-altering fungus. Following this, he and his surviving niece, Zoe, the only two surviving members of the Bakers.

He would become problematic for the mafia due to his total disregard for human life, especially to those he attempted to engage in sexual activities with.

However, before he can be flown back to the mainland to face criminal charges, he is thrown overboard due to the awakening of an unknown creature beneath the oil rig that has shaken it. Gooseberry's alternative personality manifests in the form of her ventriloquist duck puppet, Doctor Futterman, a crude avatar of her abusive father.
