Heather Mason is a character who appears as a baby in Silent Hill and the main protagonist of Silent Hill 3. She is the reincarnation of Alessa Gillespie and Cheryl Mason, and the adopted daughter of the original Silent Hill protagonist Harry Mason.

Before Heather was born, a cult in the town of Silent Hill, Maine impregnated the psychic child Alessa Gillespie with the fetus of their God so that it could be born and bring their horrific version of paradise to mankind. 

Lilith is a female figure in Mesopotamian and Judaic mythology, alternatively the first wife of Adam and supposedly the primordial she-demon. Lilith is cited as having been banished from the Garden of Eden for not complying with and obeying Adam.  Lilith is variously depicted as the mother of Adam’s demonic offspring following his separation from Eve or as his first wife.
