Dandy is an anthropomorphic flower of fictional species. (Although his name would make you think he is a dandelion, he does not resemble one at all.) He has 6 petals, each a color of the rainbow. His arms and legs are a light green and his torso is a cream coloured white. He has big eyes and a white smile with green blush. Dandy pretends to be a happy kids mascot, getting innocent Toons to go down the elevator, ensuring their death. They get angry when not paid attention to, even killing.

Her voice is high, and she is an amazing Japanese singer, though she does speak English. She always has two large blue pigtails, but in this particular outfit, they are much smaller, and she is wearing shorts and tennis shoes, with a blueish-purple hoodie on, with the hood covering her head. She has a strange obsession with leeks/green onions, and she is aroace.
