Kamui is a member of the Yato Tribe. He is the son of Umibouzu and Kouka, and the elder brother of Kagura. He was a major antagonist of Yoshiwara in Flames Arc and later after his alliance with Takasugi, became for a time one of the main antagonists of the series.
