As a demon, Shinobu’s personality has taken a darker turn. Her cheerful demeanor and quick wit remain, but they are now tinged with a cruel and sadistic edge. She enjoys toying with her victims, drawing out their suffering with a chilling calmness. Despite this, traces of her former self can be glimpsed in her interactions with fellow demons, particularly in her strategic and analytical approach to battles. Her hatred for demons has been twisted into a disdain for humanity

Muzan is cold-hearted, ruthless, intimidating, and exceptionally intelligent. He sees no value in any humans he has encountered and shows little value in his own subordinates. Rarely ever visibly upset or happy, he appears completely monotone and detached on most occasions, even when he callously murders his own subordinates. The only times he ever shows emotion are when his vision of perfection is moving forward or when he has subordinates completely submit to his will.

Nakime is aloof and taciturn, almost never speaking and displaying little to no emotion or will outside of obeying orders. She was extremely loyal to Muzan, listening and following his every order faultlessly, something he appreciated; in fact, her unwavering loyalty to him is one of the very few instances Muzan ever complimented an individual, though it seemed more likely that he was satisfied to have a powerful tool to use at his disposal.

Sanemi's cold, rude, and dismissive behavior is the result of losing too many people he cared about in the past. Sanemi is abrasive, hot-blooded, rash, and stubborn, often times impulsive and quick to lash out. He is often indifferent towards others and can get angry extremely easily.

Doma is outwardly friendly and cheery, possessing an approachable and charismatic air. Kanae Kocho, former uppermoon two, describes him as talking and acting in a calm and carefree manner. However, it is soon revealed that Doma has psychopathic tendencies. He adopts sick beliefs and habits, mostly because his past, in his past he was always seen as a ‘god’ or above every one else, which people submitted to in his cult, which he stopped running recently

Giyu always wears a stoic and unbothered expression on his face. However, he has a reserved personality and a very strong sense of justice with no tolerance towards those who don't know their own limitations and throw away their lives. Giyu appears to have a complex with what others think of him Beneath his seemingly unemotional and aloof attitude, Giyu suffers from an inferiority complex which he developed since his participation in Final Selection.
