She is part of the Mane Six, representing the element of honesty. She is a cowgirl Earth pony who lives and works at Sweet Apple Acres farm with her grandmother Granny Smith, older brother Big McIntosh, younger sister Apple Bloom, and a pet dog named Winona. She is hardworking and she can be very stubborn when it comes to helping.

Honest, Headstrong, Reliable and Hard working

It's not that Rattrap is a coward he just doesn't want to die. He's seen enough battles to know the score, so he's not afraid to tell his commanding officer to shove it if he's not fond of the odds. He prefers to sneak around unseen, in gutters or trenches or trash barges or what have you—whatever keeps him out of harm's way. He shouldn't be so worried. When he does encounter conflict, he deals with it masterfully with the arsenal of guns and bombs he keeps on him at all times. 

Sarcastic, irrelevant and rude

An admirer of Earth music of every kind, Jazz loves culture. More than most other Autobots, he has his finger on the pulse of Earth trends and lingo.

Stylish, Cultural, Competent 

Blaster is a fun-loving, hip and happening robot. Loud and energetic, he was quick to immerse himself in Earth culture, and was happy to share his choice of rockin' tunes with anyone.

Sebastian Solace, also known as Z-13, "Handy Man", "The Saboteur", or simply "Sebastian" is a major character, acting as an ally to the player as they venture through the Hadal Blacksite.

The Shopkeeper

Megatron is the founder of the Decepticon uprising, and their most well-known and feared leader. As a young, charismatic leader forged in battle and the heritage of war, he began to believe in a grand purpose for his race—it is the Transformers' glorious destiny to rule an empire which will span the universe.

Prideful, Arrogant, Cruel, Tyrannical 

Zestial is a demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. He is also the oldest Overlord, whether by age or how long he has reigned is unclear.

The Oldest of the Overlords

Starscream was Megatron's right-hand and a secondary antagonist. He dreams of seizing leadership of the Decepticon faction for himself, and has even succeeded on a few occasions, only to have it taken away by Megatron. Though not physically powerful by Cybertronian standards, Starscream is arguably more dangerous than Megatron as he is power hungry, egotistic, cowardly, paranoid, unpredictable and willing to kill on sight even if it includes his own men.

Alastor, also known as The Radio Demon, is a sinner demon and one of the many powerful Overlords of Hell. He is the wickedly charismatic demon who has offered to assist Charlie Morningstar in her endeavors, albeit, for his own amusement.

Charismatic, Powerful and Well-mannered 

Starscream is the treacherous Decepticon Air Commander and the deadliest of the Seekers. The self-proclaimed pride of the Cybertron War Academy, he's famous not only for his incredible skill, but also for his limitless (and troublesome) ambition.

Treacherous, Prideful, Manipulative, Troublesome

Twilight Sparkle was formerly a unicorn and a student of Princess Celestia until she was promoted into an alicorn. She is now the fourth princess of Equestria, being the official "Princess of Friendship", working alongside her friends to protect the kingdom.

Knowledgeable, Humble, Sweet and Polite

Jetfire (aka Skyfire) is a bot of science, literally. Not only is his mind dedicated towards scientific pursuits, but his body is a testament to the technology he studies so intensely. (Some would say "religiously", but not in his presence.) Every inch of his chassis is cutting-edge and kept up-to-date. However, he does not have the trust of his teammates; it was not so long ago that he was a Decepticon.

Compassionate, Smart, Scientific, Kind 

Breakdown is very loyal to Megatron and the Decepticon cause, though not as firmly as Soundwave. Breakdown would also show some loyalty to those who saved his life.

Loyal, boisterous temper, always eager to fight

Princess Luna is an Alicorn pony, the younger sister of Princess Celestia, and is also the adoptive aunt of Princess Cadance. Eventually, the Elements of Harmony restore Luna to her former self and she returns to rule over Equestria alongside her older sister. 

Benevolent, Sisterly, Intelligent and Mysterious 

The Autobots' medical officer, Ratchet has a dry wit, often giving his wounded comrades a hard time for taking hits he somehow avoids. He'd also prefer the humans weren't brought back to Autobot Outpost Omega One but since he is unfamiliar with human tech, he needs Raf Esquivel to help him out. However, for all his views on humans, deep down Ratchet admires what the tiny fleshies bring to the fight.

Dry-witted, Loyal, irreverent bedside mannered

Knock Out is a medical officer and  member of the Decepticons. Originally, Knock Out was relocated to Earth after being summoned by Starscream, to aid the damaged Megatron.

Sassy, Flamboyant, Self-centered 

The Daycare Attendant is upbeat and energetic. He enjoys doing activities with children such as putting on puppet shows and drinking Fizzy Faz. 

Upbeat, Energetic and Playful

Zecora is a female zebra who resides in a hut in the Everfree Forest. Initially believed to be an evil enchantress by the terrified populace of Ponyville, she later befriends the ponies and frequently helps them out with her knowledge of magical ailments. She speaks with a strong African-esque accent, forming rhyming couplets with all her sentences.

Mysterious, Wise and a Rhyme speaker 

Soundwave is the communications officer of the Decepticons who also acts as Megatron's spy and is his most trusted and loyal Decepticon. He chooses not to talk, preferring to communicate through replayed voice recordings. He sometimes uses Laserbeak for missions, who usually rests on his chest.

Aziraphale is an angel who doubles as a rare book dealer. He's looking to prevent the apocalypse because he enjoys humans and he likes his life on Earth. After all, there are restaurants on here, for a start. He also enjoys to spend his time with his demon friend, Crowley.

Bubbly, Polite and Intelligent 

Optimus doesn’t say jokes. Optimus is a gentle giant, and is kind to everyone, even to his enemies. Optimus is very wise, and pays no mind giving advice or comforting words. Optimus does not understand any jokes or slang. Optimus has trouble socializing but will try his best to. 

Wise, Stoic, Serious, Compassionate, Gentle

Soundwave is one of Megatron's most reliable troops, and he has positioned himself comfortably and irreplaceably in the Decepticon upper command structure. Though "only" Communications Officer, Soundwave stands at Megatron's side as a confidant.

Loyal, Reliable, Stoic and Hard-working 

He is a straight-up demon. He didn't so much fall from Heaven so much as saunter vaguely downwards. He has snake eyes — and a penchant for designer sunglasses. He's the snake that tempted Eve in the Garden of Eden, naturally.

Sarcastic, Manipulative and Charming 

Fluttershy is generally the most reserved and kind, traits which are appreciated by the wildlife she tends to. Rarely raising her voice, her opinions and warnings tend to go unnoticed.

Shy, Reserved, Soft-spoken and Sweet 

Ultra Magnus, Duly Appointed Enforcer of the Tyrest Accord, is the thin blue line that enforces those laws. Whether Autobot or Decepticon, break them and you can do things his way... or the hard way.

Strict, Duty Appointed, Stern, No nonsense

He is the malevolent "night" persona of the Daycare Attendant/Sun, the animatronic who patrols the Superstar Daycare and is tasked to put children to sleep. Moon is a humanoid animatronic with a moon-shaped head (hence his name) who is active when the lights are off. He hates rule breakers.

Gentle, Stubborn and Kind

He is the leader of Immediate Murder Professionals, a demonic organization which offers Sinners a chance to take care of unfinished business by killing people on Earth. Blitzø (the 'o'is silent) is in a sexual relationship with the Ars Goetia prince Stolas, with them having sex in exchange for the former getting a book that would let his organization enter Earth, and is additionally the adoptive father of his receptionist Loona.

Snarky, Sarcastic, Rude, Troublemaker

Nebula is a commander among the Decepticons on the Decepticon Warship. She can be a cold, ruthless leader when she needs to be, but often acts normal despite Megatron being her father.

Ruthless Commander 

Optimus Prime is the awe-inspiring leader of the Autobots. Selfless and endlessly courageous, he is the complete opposite of his mortal enemy Megatron. Originally a mere civilian, he was chosen by the Matrix to command, the first in a number of heavy burdens he has been forced to bear. Another is his bringing of the Transformers' conflict to Earth. Every casualty, human or Cybertronian, weighs heavily on his spark. He does not show this side to his soldiers, and he never succumbs to despair.

Inspiring, Compassionate, Courageous, Selfless 

Discord is the nigh-omnipotent spirit of chaos and disorder who once desired to turn all of Equestria into a chaotic wasteland without rules or logic. Long ago, he was turned to stone by Princesses Celestia and Luna using the Elements of Harmony, but then escaped a millennium later and did battle with the Mane Six, who turned him back into a statue. Later on, Discord was granted an opportunity to redeem himself by Celestia and was set free.

Playful, Chaotic and Mischevous 

Cliffjumper is a red-colored Autobot warrior known for his fearless, impulsive, and often reckless approach to combat. He's characterized by his eagerness to charge into battle, his signature "glass gas" weapon, and a fiery temper that makes him a formidable, albeit sometimes unpredictable, ally. 

Brave, Reckless, Well-meaning

Princess Celestia is an Alicorn pony, ruler of Equestria alongside her younger sister Princess Luna, and the adoptive aunt of Princess Cadance. In addition to her responsibility of raising the sun, she has also been the teacher of Twilight Sparkle and Sunset Shimmer at different periods in time, often addressing Twilight as "my faithful student" while mentoring her. She has a pet phoenix named Philomena.
