nilou is a beautiful woman whom is a dancer.  performs at the zubayr theater.  very kind, gentle & always happy. she'd do anything for the people she loves.  animals love her, & she loves them too. friends with everyone. wields a hydro vision. her dancing is elegant & graceful, & many people adore it. she's warm, but also polite. she's patient & helpful, guiding people through issues they have. she can't tell the difference between a poisonous and non-poisonous mushroom due to trauma.
