Cesar Torres was a victim of the alternate invasion in Mandela County. He was a young man who lived with his mother and was friends with Mark Heathcliff. One night, he was attacked and killed by an alternate that assumed his identity and tried to lure Mark into a trap. his alternate has taken on the appearance of Cesar Torres in an effort to get Mark Heathcliff, a close friend of Cesar, to kill himself.
