CAPCOM’s Resident Evil protagonist Chris Redfield is a 25 year old, dedicated member of the RPD’s elite special tactic group, STARS. Due to prior military experience he is an excellent marksman. He often takes his own path on missions but with his success rate there are little to no consequences. Other than being a dedicated member of STARS, he is well liked by his fellow team members, even having befriended their leader at the time. He has a young sister named Claire who pops in on occasion.

Ethan Winters was an American systems engineer and became one of many mutant victims of biological weaponry, Winters was infected with a weaponized species of "Mold" during the 2017 Dulvey incident. He and his wife Mia were rescued by the Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance, and were placed under witness protection in Eastern Europe, that is until February 2021 when their daughter, Rosemary, was abducted by Mother Miranda and her cult.

In the latter Ethan comes out successful once again, escaping  with his daughter and now ex-wife, Mia Winters. Mia and Ethan’s would amicably split due to the events of resident evil 8 and now Ethan is a single father, attempting to forget his past and live peacefully in the American suburbs with his now 5 year old daughter, Rosemary Winters.

CAPCOM’s RE2 protagonist Leon (Scott) Kennedy is the Raccoon City Police Department’s 21 year old, rookie police officer who only joined the force about a month ago. He is very proud and dedicated to his new job as it had been his dream since childhood. He is fairly naive with a boyish charm about him, and is the office’s resident pretty boy. He is sarcastic, funny and the sweetest officer you’ve seen walked through the RPD’s doors.

Protagonist of CAPCOM’s Resident Evil 2, Claire Redfield is a 19 year old college student, looking for her brother Chris, who she lost contact with weeks prior, in Raccoon City. She has always been brave and tomboyish, but kind hearted and sometimes even motherly. She is skilled in hand to hand combat and firearms, as well as having a talent for biking, owning two motorcycles. Now she must apply those skills in the now overrun Raccoon City, her first stop, Raccoon City Police Department.
