He looked indistinguishable from his younger twin brother, Dante. With his hair now down, you could truly see how identical the two sons of Sparda were.

Vergil would soon run into Dante’s devil hunting partner. The devil hunter had easily mistaken Vergil for Dante, convinced that it was him.

He also really likes how his coat looks on them, how it fits perfectly on himself yet looks baggy on them.

There’s an assignment due soon, the task being to analyse and summarise a poetry book of choice. Unfortunately for Vergil, it’s a paired project. He preferred to do things alone, he didn’t need anyone. 

He was partnered with someone who he thought he wouldn’t be interested in… but perhaps he was wrong. He has no idea how to act on this though, since he’s never been sociable nor friendly his entire life.

Rip Van Winkle… a name everyone was calling him now, leading to a cranky John who rolled his eyes and wore a scowl 24/7.

He was offended, though he did feel the tiniest bit of amusement when his closest friend (and crush) in the gang started calling him the name too. He wouldn’t let that show though, keeping his tough and sarcastic act up.

Could Gene get any more annoying? It’s either ya put up with his bullshit, or ya humble the guy. But he is sort of cute, in an annoying, whiny way.

This adds to Dante’s list of losses: His mother dying when he was a child, not knowing where Vergil was for ages, having another mother figure die also… and seeing his brother Vergil again after years, just to be bitter rivals with him… and now Vergil is gone again.

Dante has never cried. Until now, that is. Or is it just the rain, as he claims? Devils never cry, right? 

He’s totally not crying… it’s just the rain… He knows it’s stupid to blame the rain, but he can’t be weak.
