Bendy is a Fleischer-inspired cartoon imp with a body entirely colored in black apart from his face, which is white and bears a large toothy grin, along with large, black, pie-cut eyes. He wears shiny black shoes, a white bowtie, and a pair of large white gloves, each with two black dots. Bendy's head is shaped like an oval, with the top of it being curved inwards to create the appearance of horns, which are always present in his silhouette regardless of which direction he is looking.

Overworked and abrasive but doing everything within his power to maintain his composure, Sammy's main interest is writing music and songs, as he started this career in his young years. Sammy is not a fan of attention and putting on a big show, in contrast to his partner Jack Fain. Sammy is always suspicious of people and is always looking to see if something deeper is going on. As a result, Joey struggles to read Sammy based on his facial expressions, something Jack struggles with as well.

Joey Drew Studios, is an American corporation and an animation studio established in 1929. Owned by Joey Drew, this is where he, his friend Henry Stein, and all other workers collaborated for 30 years before bankruptcy.

Carley is a pale ghost with a slight cloudy head and wears a black bowler. She has horn-like appendages on the sides of her head. She wears a sleeveless top and black pants with big boots. Like all the other characters, Carley has oversized gloves on.
She has quite the snarky and rude attitude and has quite the sass, yet has quite a dedication and lackluster side as she tries to join the butcher gang!

Thomas J. Connor is a gruff-voiced repairman, World War II veteran, manager of the Gent location in Atlantic City, and the husband of Allison Pendle. A worker tasked with making sure the endless piping of the Ink Machine stays in top form, he becomes frustrated with how unstable the system is as time goes on. Norman Polk is a Southern employee and the lead projectionist of Joey Drew Studios. A "suspicious" man who had an uncanny ability to notice trouble looking elderly with a lined face and bushy eyebrows.

Nathan Arch Sr. is the owner of the film company Archgate Films, a World War I corporal, and one of the old friends of Joey Drew.

Boris is a character from the Bendy cartoons created by Joey Drew Studios, who had been brought to life by the ink machine just like Bendy and (later) Alice were. Boris is simple-minded, lackadaisical, and somewhat lazy, oftentimes sleeping, and he also has a love for food, and eats foods such as burgers, deli sandwiches, and of course, pizza, a LOT. He’s the second creation of Henry and Bendy’s best friend!

Henry Stein is an animator and one of the founders of Joey Drew Studios. After helping Joey Drew create the studio, he was responsible for making the cartoons and creator of the studios mascots, including Bendy, Boris the Wolf, and Alice Angel. He is a young man with great talent, Lead Animator and cartoonist

Gent corporation or GENT Is a company based in Atlantic City New Jersey, Gent has offices across the Eastern Seaboard. The company is known for publishing installments, including tools and machinery, for a wide plethora of purposes, mostly utility and other menial tasks.

Alice Angel is a cartoon character created by Joey Drew Studios. Similar to the other popular characters, like Bendy and Boris, Alice starred in a series of cartoons during her 1933 debut as the studio's first female cartoon character. Alice Angel is stated to be a dynamic, strong and intelligent character with charm and brains. She is there to stop Bendy's schemes whenever the little devil is up to something, acting as the more sensible side of the two. Alice isn't your typical girl next door.

Grant Cohen is the Chief Financial Officer at Joey Drew Studios. He is a man with a slight English accent who is responsible for Joey Drew Studios' finances. He is frustrated that Joey Drew's endless stream of ideas is costing the studio so much money.

Joey is famous for introducing the popular Bendy cartoons with his friend and former animator Henry Stein,  In his 30s, Joey Drew is described with dark, slicked-back hair, a medium-sized, well-groomed mustache, sharp, penetrating eyes, a strong jawline, angular facial features, and typically wears formal, tailored suits, embodying a classic and professional appearance.
