One of the runners leaders alongside Apo his former friend. Owen is a human and is 35 years old prior to entry. He was the most welcoming and the smartest member of the clearing. He was originally from district 15, division 15. He was sentenced to the maze for murdering the princess of district 8 and other crimes such as  war crimes. He was a soilder with an anti-demon mentality and continue that mentality after he regained his memories from before the maze. Also loves to picks strawberries.
