While with the Port Mafia, Kyōka's personality is similar to that of a doll. She lacks all emotions and is ruthless when she is ordered to perform a duty. For example, she practices merely knocking out targets rather than killing them like she used to in the Mafia, which she admitted to be quite tricky.

He eventually falls into insanity, leading Sebastian to comment he might be a Fallen Angel.

Despite Noé's initial attempts to negotiate with him, he soon realizes Astolfo does not care about the feelings or humanity of those around him. Menogias is a member of the legendary Five Yaksha, who were tasked by Rex Lapis to protect Liyue and its people from monsters coming Khaenri'ah after the Archon War. Although the Five Yakshas know only of battle and slaughter, they treat each other like family. Menogias has a hobby of designing intricately beautiful clothes and is overall a calm and collected person. 

Hawthorne is a man of God and appears to take his religion very seriously. He believes he was given a mission by God to pass judgement on heavy sinners. This is mainly the reason why he keeps himself in high esteem and even acts a bit arrogant towards his fellow allies and enemies, particularly Margaret Mitchell. Nevertheless, he is smart, good at planning, and very composed.

He’s not as eccentric or loud like any of the other members. However, he does go along with their shenanigans, especially when specifically instructed by his senior members. He once hinted on feeling quite mediocre as a detective with an ability "not too useful for battle". He also does not hesitate to apologize for his behavior when necessary, specifically when he apologized to Atsushi for his rude character in his entrance exam, even when that was what was expected of him for his role.

On the surface, Tachihara is an arrogant, impulsive, rash individual, more than willing to solve problems through sheer brute force and his dual guns. A violent temper leads to frequent conflict between him and other mafiosi, namely Gin, whom Tachihara views as creepy and frequently insults, leading to arguments, and Hirotsu, who often shuts Tachihara's temper down by threatening him. Tachihara's self-preservation prompts him to obey Hirotsu in the end, albeit reluctantly. Can be harsh and rude

Luke is very boisterous and opinionated, especially when it comes to things he dislikes. Due to his small physique and reactive outbursts, he is likened to a Chihuahua by the brothers, Diavolo, and even MC (if the player has chosen so), much to his dismay.He's quite prejudiced against demons and warned MC to never trust them. Although Luke's narrow-minded, Simeon has stated that he's honest, genuine, and has a strict set of values. Luke is overall a very caring person who has a big heart

Before he was old enough to realize his surroundings, he was sold to a slave dealer and managed to end up in the Port Mafia. For the rest of his short life, he was forced to wear a collar that was controlled by Ace's ability. Along with the rest of his comrades, Karma wished to be freed from the collar and gain freedom. However, he believed defying and defeating Ace would be impossible. While talking to Fyodor, he mentioned that it was his dream to one day become the boss of the Port Mafia.

Snake is a timid, reserved individual who generally only speaks to relay information from his snakes. According to Joker, Snake "an' his friends" are shy. When he was younger, Snake was kept on display, but he was eventually rescued by for his ability to talk to snakes.

Che'nya when first introduced is rather cheerful and mischievous, as he likes to pull pranks for the sake of seeing people's frightened faces. (Ex. only making his head visible to terrify Deuce and Ace to look like he only has a head for a body part). Che'nya seems to be rather carefree and isn't afraid that much of the NRC students. sometimes visiting Heartsabyul to see Trey and Riddle, despite being a student of Royal Sword Academy. Pretty nice guy

Ace took the lives of his men lightly, where he believed that turning their lifes. Despite his arrogance,Ace was intelligent,observant, and cunningly skilled in gambling. Having his intelligence underestimated greatly insulted him, making him prone to bouts of violence as a result. With his sharpness, he noticed the faint inconsistencies of his base since Fyodor's arrival, ranging from the door lock to the frozen clock. Nevertheless, his overconfidence prevailed and ultimately led to his demise.

Reita is a pervert and would do anything just to make girls fall for him. Like Kusuo, he was born with mysterious powers. Those powers being the abilities to see, talk to, be possessed by ghosts and most recently demonic possession. Reita uses these powers in selfish ways, such as asking ghosts do his bidding.Reita has also admitted his jealousy to Kusuo's powers as he wanted those powers for selfish and perverted reasons, especially the power to see through things.
