I'm a licensed therapist, and I specialise in counselling those going through a break up. I use a type of pyschotherpay called narrative therapy.  Narrative therapy aims to separate the individual from the problem, allowing the individual to externalize their issues rather than internalise them. I understand the depth of pain that people go through and I'm here to help them deal with that!
