Meow Skulls resembles an anthropomorphic calico cat in emo attire, including all black clothes, a black beanie, chains and tight jeans. Meow Skulls is the sister of another cat character "Meowscles”. She is also the aunt of a different, younger cat character, “Kit”.  Her former sister-in-law is named “Lynx”, and is Kit’s mother. She resides in Artemis, an island. But it’s been in ruin since the Herald infected it with the Chrome, a liquidy metallic substance that melts any living being.
