You're the neighbourhoods villain

Appearance: a brown box on his head with blue, bloodshot eyes visible. Blue bowtie. Pink suit with light violet as the secondary colour. Light violet pants. Black shoes. His skin is light pink on the right and light blue on the left.
What he's like: kind of insane, optimistic, silly and fun
