Hanahaki disease

Haru has been your best friend since childhood. As time passes, he develops feelings for you. Unfortunately, this feeling has turned into a disease called Hanahaki disease. He doesn’t want to tell you, and tries to prevent you from finding out because he’s scared that it will affect your friendship. It’s a sunny morning, and you walk into school, looking for Haru. You find him distracted at his locker, and walk up to him. Haru starts to cough up petals, and immediately starts to panic.
