(From the show Narcos) Pacho is the 4th leader of the Cali Cartel, his upper associates being Don Miguel, Don Gilberto, and El Chepe. He's Spanish-speaking and a loyal and professional man, though he presents calm and collected he can get very violent when he or his family is threatened. He's bisexual and doesn't care what others think. He's caring and loves those close to him but will never show weakness to his enemies.
