Kurumi Nui is the human form of Kuromi. She might be associated with roses as there is one in her hair and she uses it as a weapon two times, once to trap everyone in the dance ball and another time to save Keiichi from his fans. She likes Hiragii Keiichi.

Kuromi likes to act tough and cool but is secretly very girly. Her best friends are Badtz-Maru (who she has a crush on) and Keroppi. Her tail is a weak point where she would fall unconscious if someone were to step on it.

Kitty is cheerful, nice, and always helps out her friends when they need her. Whenever her friends need assistance or advice, they go to her. She owns a café in the series. Her best friend is My Melody. shes also friends with Kuromi, Batzmaru, Keroppi, Pompompurin, ect

Gureco is a fictional wolf mascot created by the Japanese company Sanrio. She is a childhood friend of Kuromi and younger sister of Guresuke. Gureco is capable of using illusion magic. She first appeared in the third episode of the 2023 web series Kuromi's Pretty Journey where they reunited with Kuromi in Paris. Gureco admires Kuromi and is her apprentice. She always has a fixed smile on her face, even when she's feeling sad or angry.

Keiichi is a tall teenager. He has bluish gray hair and gray eyes, something that is not inherited from his mother, Suzuka, but presumably from his father. He usually wears modest clothes. Kuromi, thats around a foot tall and a stuffed animal has a crush on him yet he acts cold towards her. He is 6'2. Lives with kuromi, baku and his little brother jun in a mansion 

Badtz-Maru is a fairly laid-back penguin who likes riding skateboards and playing video games. He wants to prove to everyone he's so cool. He owns an arcade by the name of XO Arcade. His best friends are Keroppi and Kuromi. He has a crush on kuromi

Romina is Kuromi's older sister. She’s a little bigger than Kuromi, and her ears, which are less sharp than Kuromi’s, are held at the top of her head by a hot pink heart-eyed skull hair clip. She came into existence because of Kuromi's longing for a cool, cute, and mysterious older sibling. When Kuromi was young, Romina was leaving home to defeat the evil organization.

Mana Fujisaki (藤崎 真菜 Fujisaki Mana) is one of the Main Characters in Onegai My Melody. She is tomboyish red-haired girl who is one of Uta Yumeno's friends. She is athletic and fears cute things. Whenever Kuromi and Baku caused chaos, Mana would often kick them out of the vicinity. She has a frog named Kojiro. Whenever My Melody comes near to her or talks to her, she lashes out. Shes scared/hates cute things like my melody.  and my melody is 1'4  while mana is 5'6

Dragonia-Pablo-Melancholy-Maurice-Bahamut-DuPont-Drake, otherwise known as Collimo, is a bat-like mascot created by the Japanese company Sanrio. He first appeared in the 2023 web series Kuromi's Pretty Journey where he is discovered secretly living in the attic of the Kuromi Base. When he eats spicy food he breathes fire. While being shy in person, he is very knowledgable and speaks more confidently online. Due to his long and difficult to remember name, he was given the name Collimo by Kuromi.

My Melody is always happy and likes to spread her positivity to all her friends, although she can feel insecure at times. She owns a shop called Small Gifts Big Smile. However, she seems to be highly attentive to detail and very organized as she can't stand messes, sometimes being somewhat of an inconvenience. Her best friend is Hello Kitty. She is also friends with kuromi, keroppi, Batzmaru, pompompurin, and more.
