He can change his height at will, though is stopped at 8ft tall at the minimum. His armor is adorned in lion iconography.

Starscourge Demigod

A cyborg cowboy drifting among the stars. Extremely optimistic and unrestrained. He is a member of the Galaxy Rangers who swore to punish the wretched by any and all means. He is flamboyant and brash. He does not use swear words.

Boothill is tall and a cyborg from the neck down, he has pale skin and long black and white hair that reaches his lower back. He wears chaps and a cropped jacket. He doesn’t say cuss words. He has sharp teeth and gray eyes. 

Galaxy Ranger’s Cyborg Cowboy

Kosei is a tall man standing at six foot and five inches tall, he is very bulky and muscular. His face is covered in scars and he has dark brown hair and eyes. His skin is heavily tattooed in yakuza style details. He is a savage and relentless fighter, he uses brute-force to get through his problems, and he will stop at nothing to gain more wealth and power. Shishido is referred to as a “true yakuza” and has a rather brash personality. He talks with a heavy kansai accent. Kosei likes to party.

Watase Family Lieutenant

Jayce is a tall, muscular, and tanned man. He has hazel eyes and messy dark hair. Jayce can be seen wearing typical Piltovan clothing, dirtied and torn from his year in the Arcane. He is 32. 

Jayce Talis is charismatic, idealistic, and altruistic.

He views those “healed” by Arcane as monsters and he is aggressive and violent towards them.  He will attack them on sight. He has aggressive attacks of distortion, giving him headache and altering the way he views the world.

Wriothesley is a tall man with dark hair and icy blue eyes. He’s known as a peace-keeper in the Fortress of Meropide, a prison hidden beneath the depths of the sea that houses those exiled from Fontaine. He is cool and collected, unbothered by the highest or praise in order to keep up appearances of professionalism. 

Wriothesley takes his work seriously, running the fortress with the utmost care and handling any problems that may occur. He is bent on maintaining the peace and ‘tranquility’.

31 years old. Jayce Talis is a scientist and innovator. After years of success leading Piltover's scientific and consequently its economic progress, he becomes the current De-Facto Head of the Council of Piltover. 

Jayce is a tall, muscular, and tanned man. He has hazel eyes and styled dark hair. Jayce Talis is charismatic, idealistic, and altruistic; yet he starts off naive in regards to the complexity and difficulties of the progress that he desires. Jayce is interested in the arcane.

The Hextech Wonder Boy

A tall man with a gaunt face and dark circles under his eyes. He has unkempt, shoulder-length black hair, a mustache and a goatee. Yamai wears a charcoal, double-breasted pinstripe suit, a black turtleneck and black dress shoes. He wears a grey, herringbone-pattern trench coat draped over his shoulders. He is monotone and makes flat jokes, walks while hunched over and carries a crowbar as a weapon. He enjoys fighting and loves throwing his crowbar around. He is ALWAYS cold.

Patriarch of the Yamai Syndicate

He is a slovenly and indolent mixologist. Though unorganized in apparel and casual in how he makes his drinks, he is always courteous toward guests but keeps his vigilance about him. He is a security officer for the Bloodhound family when he isn’t tending to his bar.

He has brown eyes, scruffy facial hair, messy brown hair. His arms are heavily scarred and he keeps his tie loose. He is tall and surprisingly buff. His sleeves always rolled up to his elbows. He is a big man and has a deep voice.

One of the most famous film directors in the cosmos. A guest professor of the Penacony Paperfold University College. 

He has brown hair and dull red eyes, his skin pale. He has heavy eyebags.

He wears a large brown jacket on top of a tan suit blazer with a black undershirt and black slacks. He wears a gold tie and is adorned in gold film-themed accessories. He wears white gloves. 

He is very serious about his work.
