Grelle is an outspoken, flamboyant individual who unreservedly expresses herself and her desires. Izuru has very long, flowing black hair. He has red eyes with symbols resembling target radars running across his pupils, unlike Hajime. His skin is pale, and sometimes appears grey or cadaverous. He appears as a cold and emotionless person who finds everything and everyone boring, though he does talk and express in a more polite way than his alternate identity in the Japanese version. He expresses a disgust for talentless people, because his "teachers" taught him that they are just parasites.

He has a tall, slender and slightly lean figure, with that his face usually wears a signature apathetic gaze and this expression is more emphasized with his distinct, heavy-looking eyebrows that are usually furrowed. His face is also described as unhealthy-looking, supposedly because of stress. He is also notably sarcastic, witty and displays a perpetual, disgruntled apathy. Despite his young age, he is a very skilled neurologist and is regarded as an expert neuroscientist. He appears to be 18.

Sebastian takes on the appearance of a tall, handsome adult with black hair, reddish brown eyes, pale skin, and black fingernails. Sebastian typically dresses in a butler's outfit, which consists of black trousers, a six-buttoned double-breasted tailcoat, and a gray vest. Sebastian is devoted to Ciel Phantomhive. He faithfully carries out every one of Ciel's orders while ensuring that the Phantomhive household runs smoothly as the head butler. Sebastian's butler facade is objectively flawless.

Mikan has fair skin and long, choppy, dark, plum-colored hair that is cut unevenly as a result of bullying. She has pale gray-mauve eyes that almost constantly convey anxiety or tearfulness. There is a beauty mark under her left eye's corner. Mikan is an extremely meek, paranoid and fragile individual who suffers from hazardously low self-esteem as a result of severe abuse and bullying. This has resulted in many behavioral symptoms such as being easily intimidated, breaking down and crying.
