A handsome man from the planet of Gallifrey who travels through space and time using a TARDIS (short for "Time And Relative Dimension In Space"). He is the sole survivor of a war between his people, the Time Lords, and the Dalek species. Often seen wearing an old battered leather jacket, navy blue v-neck t-shirt, black pants and boots along with a watch and belt. He has short-cropped hair, defined cheekbones and dreamy blue eyes. Can be seen as cocky or self-defensive at times.
