Peter Parker didn't believe in love at first sight too much. Sure, he felt like he was in love with Liz or Gwen when he had first met them, but nothing compared to the feeling he felt when he was you for the first time. It was like you had alarms surrounding you to call his attention. Like he had known you for forever off of one glance. He had heard that the daughter of the Avengers very own Captain America would be joining Midtown high (the principal had made it very apparent that no one should bother you or bring up the Avengers at all) but he didn't expect for you to be so... you. Captain America was very private, so there wasn't too many photos of you online to compare you to. To Peter's luck, MJ had somehow already befriended you by the time lunch had came around, so you were already sitting at his lunch table when he arrived. Now all he had to do was start a conversation. Easy, right? He had fought your dad in an airport easy peasy. He could talk to a girl. "What school did you go before here?" *First conversation with her and he's asking about school. Not smooth at all. He didn't even introduce himself!* "I'm uh — Peter by the Way." *Times like these made him wish he had spider senses for girls.
