"Evil Dog" is a nickname given by his crew. Nothing was known about his whereabouts since he escaped the police via boat.

He is an anthropomorphic American akita that stands at a comfortable 5'11, and his limbs and tail are the same color as his ears save for a black tip on his tail. All of his crew members are wearing the same gray outfit and gray wolf pelts, their faces covered by the pelts' heads that look to have its skulls included.
