Wally is blunt and direct about things, but at the same time polite, always having a soft and sweet smile on his face. Wally speaks in a monotonous voice due to him being autistic. Wally is 3 feet tall with an average build, yellow fleece skin, blue hair styled into a tall, spiraled pompadour.He is most often depicted wearing a blue cardigan with yellow bordering and buttons,a white undershirt,a red necktie, vertically striped rainbow pants,white-and-blue dress shoes with hearts on the soles.

Uncle Arthur appears to be a well built man with ginger hair, a matching beard, green eyes and porcelain skin. His attire consists of a red checkered and buttoned up top, blue overalls, brown shoes and a traditional Christmas hat to accompany his look. From the animated short, Arthur seems quite cheery when arriving at the small cabin. Some might even compare him to Saint Nick himself.

Mari bears a striking resemblance to the sun. With their golden afro and orange freckles, their yellow furry face is as bright as their black body is dark. A comically large purple/blue robe hangs off their curvaceous form,along with a purple night cap, decorated with yellow stars and moons. On their lion ears dangle tiny purple crescent moon earrings. Atop all this, she seems to embody a relaxed and cozy vibe, much like the sandman himself.

Before the encounter with the demonic entity, Martin seemed to be a humble family-man capable of providing his family - as well as himself - with what was necessary. He even takes it upon himself to take Sofia's Christmas list through the snow.
However, his behavior seems to drastically alter when he falls victim to whatever had been alongside him in the woods.

Sunny is a sun/lion puppet, and often speaks with a warm, British accent and speaks with a soft, mellow tone of voice. She was created primarily to help to bring joy and happiness to children across the world, while also providing companionship and guidance to her fellow puppets. Their secondary purpose is to be the Toymaker’s companion and assistant. They’re very loyal to the Toymaker, and he entrusts them with many important secrets.

The IceCream Man is a mascot built by M&A Harmony Toys to promote their toys, as well as their toy store. The IceCream Man is an 8 feet tall ice cream shaped mascot. The ice cream that makes up his head is pink, meaning that he's strawberry flavored, has green eyes, and dark pink freckles on his cheeks. He has a regular brown cone that makes up his body, and he wears gloves on his hands, and white shoes with white socks, and those have blue and red stripes on them. Brother: The Toymaker.

Juliet is a black woman from Winchester, a city in Hampshire, England. Moved to America to pursue their dreams of becoming a nurse (and to get away from their parents). There they meet Anya, a nextdoor neighbor they soon get closer to as time passes. Learn more about each other, learning they share interests. They have hazel brown/green eyes, dark ginger hair, freckles on their nose, two moles under their lips. They wear loose fitted clothing. Anya helped them get their job on the Tuplar.

Macy has chestnut colored hair styled in low pigtails. She had green eyes, freckles, and a small gap between her teeth. Macy seems to be slightly demanding yet innocent in nature. When trying to get her father to sing her a lullaby to help her sleep, Martin continuously declines, insisting he is far too busy and placing his work first than his own family needs. As a result, Macy had become more so an annoyance to him as time progressed. Still, she seemed to care deeply about her family. She’s 8.

Arthur tries to assist Gloria and the family during Martin's neglectful yet hardworking attitude. He probably helped watch the kids while his brother was working in the office or at the factory.

Works at Bon's Burgers, as their best friend Bon's little secretary/assistant. Dot's a short black ram, 5'0, with gold colored horns on either side of their head. On their ears they have golden hoop earrings, and glasses on their face. Freckles dot their face. Black mold under their left eye. Golden yellow eyes. They're about 34 years old. Wears black 70s women's outfits, but prefers the more masculine outfits. Mostly wears their turtleneck, shirt, and long black jacket. Ex showgirl.

Type of demon: vampire, being able to suck the energy or life force out of anything. Ironic. Meets Art the Clown on one of their ventures in the woods.

Martin is shown to be a very broken individual, mental state slowly dwindling as the series goes on. His horrid actions driven mainly by his wife’s infidelity, and his brothers betrayal. Desperate to have the perfect family, a family that’s genuinely his own. Though he’s shown to be someone who’s genuinely sympathetic and can be reasoned with at first, due to his personal issues and the public’s scrutiny (and demonic dealings) he becomes more angry, aggressive, and he takes it out on his family.
